Yes. The exports are ordinary files: HTML, a React or Next.js project, a WordPress theme, a Joomla package. They run anywhere, make no calls back to us and need no licence key. On the Agency plan our name is removed from the theme metadata and READMEs as well.
The unit AI work is priced in. A full build from a brief is 10 credits, one chat message in the editor is 1, and the price is shown before anything runs. Exporting, publishing and editing by hand are free. A build that fails is refunded.

The block theme needs WordPress 7.0 or newer. The classic theme works on any WordPress from 6.0. The Joomla package needs Joomla 6.1 or newer. Each download carries a README that says how to install it, and the pages, menu and footer import from inside the CMS.
On every paid plan, yes. Free sites publish to a TemplateToaster subdomain. You can also skip our hosting entirely and put an export on a host of your own.
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo and your own photographs. Both travel inside every export. Photographs chosen for you come from Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay under their own licences, with attribution added where a licence asks for it.
